*The Cyclist’s Haven* is located in a rural area of *El Cerrito, Valle del Cauca*, just **600 meters from El Cerrito Castle**. Access is via *La Novillera* rural road, through country paths.
### **Services & Provisions**
Since the haven is in an isolated area, there are no nearby stores or supermarkets. Guests are advised to bring necessary food and supplies for their stay. You can also enjoy meals at our restaurant.

The weather is fresh and pleasant, perfect for outdoor activities. We recommend bringing **comfortable clothing suitable for hiking and cycling**.

**Rules and Conditions – The Cyclist’s Haven**
**Contract Validity**
The contract becomes effective at the moment the reservation is made and is confirmed upon payment of 50% of the total value of the chosen plan. This reservation is firm and non-refundable.
**Reservations and Payments**
To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance is to be paid at check-in. Reservations can be managed by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our online platform. We accept payments in cash, credit, or debit cards.
**Check-in and Check-out Times**
- **Check-in:** Starting at 3:00 PM.
- **Check-out:** By 1:00 PM.
Late departures are not permitted without prior authorization; if they occur, additional charges will apply.
**Access and Use of the Facilities**
Guests have free access to all areas of the retreat, while respecting the spaces designated as private or for conservation. Responsible and careful use of the facilities is expected at all times.
**Behavior and Responsibility**
Guests are responsible for their own behavior and that of their companions. Activities related to prostitution and any conduct involving the abuse of minors are strictly prohibited. Any behavior that disrupts the tranquility, security, or integrity of the property may result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund.
**Recommendations for Enjoying the Environment**
Since the retreat is located in the heart of nature, guests are advised to bring insect repellent and appropriate clothing for outdoor activities, as the environment may present rustic conditions.
**Cancellation and Modification Policy**
No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation. The reservation confirmed by the 50% deposit is firm. Date changes may be requested, subject to availability, but the deposit will not be refundable.
**Security and Loss of Personal Items**
The Cyclist’s Haven is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take proper care of and secure their possessions during their stay.
