- **Any type of illegal trafficking is prohibited**, including drugs and persons. Any violations will be reported to the authorities.
- **Sex trafficking of minors is strictly prohibited**. Any suspicion or evidence will be reported to the authorities immediately.
3. **Parties and Events**
- No parties or events are allowed without prior authorization. If you wish to organize something, please inform us in advance.
4. **Respect for the Environment**
- The accommodation is located in a quiet area, so we ask you to maintain **silence after 10:00 PM** to respect the neighbors.
5. **Pool Use**
- Children must be **supervised at all times** while in the pool.
- Please use the pool safely and responsibly at all times.
6. **No Smoking Indoors**
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may do so in designated outdoor areas.
7. **Pet Policy**
- Pets are welcome under supervision but must not get on furniture or beds. Please clean up after your pet.
8. **Cleaning and Damages**
- Keep the accommodation clean and in the same condition you found it. If you cause any damage, please notify us immediately.
9. **Number of Guests**
- Only the people included in the reservation may stay in the accommodation. If you have additional guests, please inform us to adjust the reservation.
10. **Prohibited Inappropriate Activities**
- Engaging in **illegal sexual activities** or any form of unlawful behavior in the accommodation is not permitted. We respect a safe environment for all.
11. **Access to Common Areas**
- Guests have free access to all common areas, such as the living room, dining area, gardens, and pool. Please use everything with respect.
12. **Security**
- Close doors and windows when leaving or at night to ensure your safety and that of everyone.
