**Welcome to Mystic Natural**
Dear Guest, thank you for choosing Mystic Natural. Below, we present the terms and conditions that ensure a comfortable, safe, and organized stay at our facilities. We recommend that you read this information carefully before your arrival to guarantee the best possible experience.
### **Validity of the Agreement**
This agreement comes into effect upon your arrival at our facilities and after completing the remaining reservation payment in cash. We do not accept electronic payments or card transactions during check-in.
### **Service Delivery Conditions**
Upon completing the payment for the "All-Inclusive" plan, the guest will receive:
- Identification wristband
- Service card detailing included services
- Parking ticket (if applicable)
- Clearance certificate from the accommodation team
- Additional service tickets (if applicable)
**Note:** It is important to take care of all the equipment provided by Mystic Natural, such as blankets, pillows, covers, mattresses, and the accommodation space. Any misuse or damage may result in additional charges.
### **Check-In and Check-Out Times**
- **Glamping:** Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 2:00 PM. You may remain in the facilities until 5:00 PM.
- **Rooms:** Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 1:00 PM.
- **Tent:** Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 1:00 PM.
You can arrive at our facilities from 10:00 AM, but your accommodation will be available at the scheduled time. Upon check-out, you must vacate the space at the indicated time, but you can stay in the facilities until 5:00 PM.
### **Permitted Guests**
Only the client and previously registered companions will have the right to stay at Mystic Natural. If the number of people exceeds the agreed limit, an additional fee per person will be charged as informed by our advisors or receptionist.
### **Guest Responsibilities**
The guest is responsible for their own behavior and that of their companions. Mystic Natural reserves the right to terminate the contract and evict guests without refund if their behavior endangers the safety, integrity, or tranquility of other guests.
### **Guest Obligations**
1. **Required Documentation:** All adults must present valid identification upon check-in. For minors, a birth certificate or identification card is required.
2. **Access to Facilities:** For security reasons, only registered individuals are allowed entry. No additional visitors are permitted without prior authorization.
3. **Respect for the Environment and Quiet Hours:** We ask our guests to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. Parties or disruptive noises that may affect the experience of other guests are not allowed. The nature surrounding us is an essential part of Mystic Natural, and we appreciate that each guest contributes to its preservation.
4. **Smoking Policy:** Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or enclosed common areas. Designated outdoor areas are available for smokers.
5. **Protection of Minors and Environmental Awareness:** At Mystic Natural, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, protection, and awareness. We do not tolerate any form of sexual tourism, child exploitation, or abuse on our premises. Additionally, we promote sustainable practices and ask our guests to follow environmental recommendations to reduce their impact on our natural surroundings.
### **Liability and Communication**
Mystic Natural is not responsible for any losses, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during your stay. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. We are also not responsible for damages caused by natural phenomena or situations beyond our control.
### **Issue Resolution**
Our guests' satisfaction is our priority. If any issue arises during your stay, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve it and ensure a pleasant experience.
Cancellation Policy
Before making a payment, please note that Mystic Paradise Camping does not offer refunds on reservations. Any changes must be notified at least 3 days in advance. Your arrival date can only be modified a maximum of 2 times, but if you booked for a date close to a holiday, you cannot change it again if you postpone.
