Terms and Conditions of Hotel Piedemonte
Contract Validity: The contract is effective once a reservation is made and confirmed by paying 30% or the full value of the selected plan. Guests must comply with these terms during their stay.
Reservations and Payments: To confirm a reservation, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Reservations can be made via phone, WhatsApp, PMS, or email, and payments can be made in cash or by credit/debit card.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Check-out: Until 1:00 PM.
Flexible Check-in: Guests can enjoy facilities from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM after check-out at no extra cost.
Number of Guests: Only registered guests may stay at the hotel. Additional unregistered guests will incur extra charges.
Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for their behavior and that of their companions. Any conduct threatening the hotel's peace or safety may result in eviction without refund. Guests must care for hotel property.
Use of Facilities and Services: Guests must use recreational services safely, following staff instructions. The hotel is not liable for accidents due to misuse.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless previously agreed with management.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: No refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling is allowed with prior coordination, subject to availability, within three months of the original reservation.
Security and Lost Items: The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items in rooms, common areas, or parking.
Events and Meetings: Event spaces are available; bookings must be coordinated in advance.
Pools and Recreational Areas: Natural pools are available; hygiene and safety rules must be followed. Pools close at 10:00 PM.
Contract Modifications: The hotel reserves the right to modify terms at any time, with changes communicated via the website or email.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
A refundable security deposit may be required.
Cancellation is not allowed with refunds. Changes must be notified at least 72 hours in advance and can only be rescheduled twice within three months.
