Dear guest, we appreciate your choice of Mystic Paradise. Below, we present the terms and conditions that guarantee a comfortable, safe, and organized stay in our facilities. We recommend reading this information carefully before your arrival to ensure the best possible experience.

Validity of the Contract

This contract comes into effect upon your arrival at our facilities and upon completing the remaining payment for your reservation in cash. No electronic or card payments are accepted during check-in.

Delivery Conditions

Upon completing check-in, the guest will receive:

Identification wristband

Plan card with included services

Parking ticket (if applicable)

Clearance of accommodation equipment

Ticket for additional services (if applicable)

Note: It is important to take care of all equipment provided by Mystic Paradise, such as blankets, pillows, pillowcases, mattresses, and the lodging space itself. Misuse or damage may incur additional charges.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Glamping: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 2:00 PM. You can stay on the premises until 5:00 PM.

Rooms: Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 1:00 PM.

Tent: Check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out at 1:00 PM.

You may arrive at our facilities starting at 10:00 AM, but your accommodation will be handed over at the designated time. At check-out, you must vacate the space at the specified time, but you may remain on the premises until 5:00 PM.

Allowed Guests

Only the customer and pre-registered companions will have the right to stay at Mystic Paradise. If the number of people exceeds the agreed limit, an additional charge will be applied per person, as previously informed by our advisors or reception.

Guest Responsibilities

The guest is responsible for their behavior and that of their companions. Mystic Paradise reserves the right to terminate the contract and evict guests without a refund if their behavior endangers the integrity, safety, or peace of other guests.

Guest Obligations

Required Documentation: All adults must present valid identification at check-in. For minors, a civil registration or identity card is required.

Access to Facilities: For security reasons, only pre-registered guests are allowed entry. No additional visitors are permitted without prior authorization.

Respect for the Environment and Quiet Hours: We ask our guests to maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere. Parties and loud noises that disturb other guests are not allowed. The surrounding nature is an essential part of Mystic Paradise, and we appreciate every guest's contribution to its preservation.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside rooms or enclosed common areas. There are designated outdoor smoking areas for smokers.

Protection of Minors and Environmental Awareness: At Mystic Paradise, we are committed to promoting a culture of respect, protection, and awareness. Any form of sexual tourism, child exploitation, or abuse is not tolerated in our facilities. Likewise, we promote sustainable practices and ask our guests to follow environmental recommendations to reduce the impact on our natural surroundings.

Mystic Paradise is not responsible for losses, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during your stay. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. Additionally, we are not responsible for damages caused by natural phenomena or situations beyond our control.

Issue Resolution

Our guests' satisfaction is our priority. If any issue arises during your stay, please inform us immediately so that we can address it and ensure a pleasant experience.

Cancellation Policy

Before making a deposit, please note that Mystic Paradise Camping does not refund reservation payments. Any change must be notified at least 3 days in advance. Your arrival date can only be modified up to 2 times, but if you booked for a date close to a holiday, you cannot reschedule if you have already postponed it.

The reservation date is subject to change according to legal frameworks, but refunds are not possible.
